About Amelia Bellows

Hi, I’m Amelia Bellows — an Apparel and Technical Designer based in Portland, OR, with a passion for thoughtful design and precision craftsmanship. With over three years of industry experience, I specialize in technical design, color theory, print development, and fit assessment for women's apparel.

My work bridges creativity and technical execution. Whether I’m creating detailed tech packs, collaborating on color stories, or leading fit sessions, I focus on delivering products that meet high standards for quality and functionality. I'm proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and experienced in both 2D and 3D rendering.

Previously, I owned and operated The English Dept Bridal Salon, where I led a team, managed client accounts, and developed strategic operations that helped sustain the business through challenging market conditions — including the pandemic.

At my core, I’m a detail-oriented, agile learner who thrives in collaborative environments. I love connecting with others, refining ideas, and bringing vision to life through apparel.
